What we've built.

LienMaster files notices and liens for clients in the construction industry, and every one of them runs on a statutory clock. We inherited an unfinished project back in 2018 — got it live and running, then built an enhanced portal from scratch: it imports client data directly, collects project details from customers without anyone chasing them, tracks every filing window in one place, and keeps everyone informed along the way. Today the portal collects project information straight from its clients' customers — glass and steel manufacturers, national contractors — and sends the deadline alerts nobody has to remember. We've built and managed their websites and applications for nearly a decade.

A member's stay at a private club touches everyone: a tee time for the pro shop, a room for lodging, dinners for the kitchen, a car for transport, a simulator bay, a meeting room. The club had a reservation system that held all of that, but it had aged past what the team needed. We rebuilt it — every guest, every booking, every department in one schedule that the pro shop, kitchen, and front desk all read, with conflicts surfacing when a booking is made instead of when a guest arrives — and the email that goes with it, where leaving the golf list still gets you the dinner invite. Two years live, and we still run it.

They appraise the equipment inside hospitals, and the system that ran that work came to us with no source control, no backups, and a partial copy of the project on a thumb drive. We rebuilt it, then kept going: the appraisal portal their customers submit through, the inventory module their team works in every day, a user manager, and the alerts that say when something needs a person. Years later we moved the whole system onto their own cloud account and handed them the keys — it is theirs, and they run it.

The websites for Napoleon's Pizza in Parma and McGinty's Pub in Lakewood: the menu, the specials, the phone number, directions and the order button where customers expect them. We built them and we host them, so the owners think about the kitchen, not the website. Open them — they are live.
